c|net's Brian Cooley steps inside the Ford Focus Electric for a First Drive test drive and is very impressed with the tech inside testing it on the streets of San Francisco.
Cooley starts off his test drive by remarking on the impressive advanced charger which can give a full battery charge in only 3 hours, half the time of the Nissan Leaf or similar EV's.
He moves on to the smooth and mid-class "bolted-down" feel of the electric drive. Next are the advanced readouts on the dash which tell you how conservative you are driving, as well as how much charge is left on the car.
